Vaydah Healthcare is a U.S. company that provides permanent placement services for nurses and other healthcare professionals to hospitals and health systems in the United States. Examples include Social Security number or other government identifiers, background check results, immigration and visa documents, vaccination or health screening status required by a client, and bank details for payments or reimbursements.

We retain personal information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Typical ranges are: website logs up to one year, inquiry records up to three years, candidate and placement records for the duration of the engagement plus applicable limitation periods, and financial records according to tax and payroll laws. Actual retention may vary based on contract terms or legal obligations.
