Vaydah Healthcare is a U.S. company that provides permanent placement services for nurses and other healthcare professionals to hospitals and health systems in the United States. When we process personal information on behalf of clients, we act as a service provider or processor. When we determine the purposes and means of processing, we act as a business or controller.

  2. Professional and employment information such as résumé or CV, education and training, licenses and certifications, NPI, language skills, shift and location preferences, work eligibility, references, and interview notes.
     
  3. Sensitive personal information only when necessary and permitted by law. Examples include Social Security number or other government identifiers, background check results, immigration and visa documents, vaccination or health screening status required by a client, and bank details for payments or reimbursements.
     
  4. Usage data and cookies including device information, browser type, pages viewed, time on page, and referral URLs.
     
  5. User content such as messages you send us, forms you submit, and documents you upload.
     
  6. Third-party data such as information from recruiting partners, background-check providers, licensing boards, education verifiers, references, and publicly available sources.
     

We do not intentionally collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

If a client engagement requires handling protected health information, we do so only through approved, secure channels and, where applicable, under a Business Associate Agreement.

We retain personal information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Typical ranges are: website logs up to one year, inquiry records up to three years, candidate and placement records for the duration of the engagement plus applicable limitation periods, and financial records according to tax and payroll laws. Actual retention may vary based on contract terms or legal obligations.

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials or devices used to access our services.
