Pinky Maniri-Pescasio is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vaydah Healthcare. A Nurse by background who built her career in healthcare finance, revenue cycle, and operations, Pinky brings over 30 years of executive experience across hospital systems and workforce solutions. She has built and scaled multiple companies focused on healthcare delivery, operations, and workforce strategy.
She is the driving force behind Vaydah’s mission to strengthen healthcare systems from the inside out. Pinky has built and advised large-scale, multi-million-dollar healthcare organizations, launched ventures including Vaydah Healthcare and GoHealthcare Practice Solutions, and earned national recognition as a trusted advisor and speaker on healthcare operations, strategy, and system resilience.
Pinky is a nationally recognized voice in healthcare leadership and is frequently invited to speak on revenue cycle management, financial operations, and system performance. Her work helps organizations align business and care strategies to achieve long-term sustainability.

Pamela Wagener is a Nurse and Healthcare Operations Expert with over 25 years of experience leading clinical services, medical practices, and international healthcare ventures. A Nurse by training, Pamela has never worked at the bedside; instead, she built her career behind the scenes, solving operational challenges and driving growth in outpatient care and medical tourism.
As a healthcare entrepreneur, Pamela brings a forward-thinking approach to building systems that are efficient, sustainable, and patient-centered. She’s helped launch and scale clinics, streamline cross-border care experiences, and develop business models that improve access without compromising quality.
In her role as Chief Operating Officer at Vaydah, Pamela focuses on supporting clinics and healthcare providers with the tools, talent, and structure they need to thrive in a competitive landscape. She’s known for her clarity, execution, and unwavering focus on results that improve care and elevate the patient experience.
