With a background as a nurse, Pinky has built her career in healthcare finance, revenue cycle, and operations, bringing over 30 years of executive experience across hospital systems and workforce solutions. She has successfully built and scaled multiple companies focused on healthcare delivery, operations, and workforce strategy, showcasing the impact of Filipino nurses in leadership roles.
As the driving force behind Vaydah’s mission to strengthen healthcare systems from the inside out, Pinky has built and advised large-scale, multi-million-dollar healthcare organizations. She has launched ventures including Vaydah Healthcare and GoHealthcare Practice Solutions, earning national recognition as a trusted advisor and speaker on healthcare operations, strategy, and system resilience.
