Connecting U.S. Healthcare with World-Class Filipino Nurses
Proudly American. Globally sourcing exceptional Filipino nurses for U.S. healthcare.
Proudly American. Globally sourcing exceptional Filipino nurses for U.S. healthcare.
Vaydah Healthcare is a U.S.-based company dedicated to solving America’s nursing shortage through both permanent nurse placement and remote nursing solutions.
Our Primary Model: Permanent Placement:
Vaydah specializes in placing highly skilled Filipino nurses into U.S. hospitals and health systems on a permanent basis. These nurses are fully licensed, often NCLEX-passers, and are recruited through ethical channels that ensure long-term stability for hospitals while giving Filipino nurses a clear pathway to build their careers in the U.S. Unlike temporary or travel nurse staffing, Vaydah’s permanent placement model provides consistency, continuity, and cost predictability for healthcare organizations.
Our Secondary Model: Remote Nursing:
In addition to permanent placement, Vaydah offers remote nursing teams based in the Philippines to support U.S. hospitals, clinics, and physician groups. These remote nurses handle critical functions such as chronic care management (CCM), remote patient monitoring (RPM), utilization review, prior authorizations, clinical documentation, and patient engagement. This provides a cost-effective way for organizations to expand capacity and improve compliance while reducing the workload of on-site staff.
Vaydah is not just filling vacancies. We are building the workforce of the future by providing U.S. hospitals and facilities with permanent, high-quality nurses and augmenting their teams with remote nursing solutions where needed.
Vaydah Healthcare is a nursing placement agency that connects top Filipino nurses with hospitals and facilities across the country. We provide end to end support from credentialing and licensing to onboarding and mentorship to ensure long term success at the bedside and in remote roles like telehealth and care coordination.
Our approach is built on trust, accountability, and long term impact. We focus on high quality placements that strengthen care teams, support nurse wellbeing, and deliver measurable value to the organizations we serve.

At Vaydah Healthcare, we provide more than staffing. We deliver thoughtful, long-term workforce solutions that directly support better patient care.
Our focus is on connecting healthcare organizations with fully licensed, highly skilled Filipino nurses who are known for their clinical expertise, empathy, and commitment to excellence. These professionals bring the human qualities that technology cannot replicate—compassion, cultural understanding, and sound clinical judgment.
Every nurse we place is carefully vetted through a rigorous credentialing process and supported through a structured onboarding program. This ensures a smooth integration into your care teams and a lasting impact on patient outcomes.
We believe the foundation of quality care begins with the right people. Vaydah Healthcare exists to help healthcare systems regain stability, improve performance, and deliver care that patients can trust.
Solving America’s Nursing Shortage – One Nurse at a Time
By 2030, the U.S. will need over 700,000 more nurses to meet growing healthcare demands. Burnout, retirements, and an aging population are driving a crisis that’s straining hospitals and risking care quality nationwide.
Vaydah Healthcare was founded to be part of the solution. Led by Pinky Maniri-Pescasio, a Healthcare Executive with 30 years of leadership in operations and workforce strategy, Vaydah connects U.S. hospitals with highly skilled, fully licensed Filipino nurses for temporary and permanent placements.
Filipino nurses are globally respected for their clinical skill, cultural fluency, and deep compassion—qualities that cannot be automated or replaced by AI. Vaydah’s ethical recruitment model ensures every placement meets rigorous standards and delivers real impact on patient outcomes.
Pinky has launched multiple mission-driven ventures, including GoHealthcare Practice Solutions, and serves as a trusted advisor to health systems across the country. Her work centers on building sustainable, human-focused solutions to workforce shortages with integrity and care.
“I may not have served at the bedside, but I’ve dedicated my life to the systems that support it. Through Vaydah, we’re not just solving a shortage—we’re elevating American healthcare.”
